From Journey to Legacy: Sustaining our Commitment to Siblinghood
Our new two-year national membership experience theme reflects the enduring bonds, transformative growth, and shared dedication of the members of Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority, Inc. This theme emphasizes the importance of sustaining our connections, nurturing leadership, and leaving a lasting impact within our siblinghood and communities.
For the next two years, the goals are for our members to:

Know how to navigate TNX independently and intuitively, leading creative and relevant initiatives on the chapter and regional level,

Experience inclusive programming, practices, and resources on the local, regional, and national level, and
-
Retain and sustain their engagement with TNX, FAML.

National Siblinghood Retreat: “The Butterfly Effect Summit”

Annual mid-year retreat and business meeting focused on transformation, leadership, and legacy-building. Delegates are required to attend the business meeting.
Journey to Legacy Leadership Series
March 26, April 16, and May 14 | 8:00 PM ET via Zoom
Virtual workshops designed to equip members with tools to navigate leadership challenges, lead with intention, and create a lasting impact.
Siblings in Service Legacy Initiative for Founder’s Day

National recognition for initiatives demonstrating significant community impact and aligning with the theme’s vision.
